Can a PIX send a trap when a specific TCP connection is built/broken? If not, maybe someone has some ideas on how I can accomplish the following. (also, we have a HPOpenview, NMS system)
We have a backup path to a remote site that passes through the PIX and builds a tcp connection. We somehow want to know about that tcp connection when it comes up and when it drops. The end device on this back up link is not snmp capable. This is the reason for trying to find somewhere else in the network to trigger some sort of event to the NMS.
