SNMPv3 not working on Cisco 5672 with Cisco Prime 3.0

I cannot get any of my Cisco 5672UP switches to respond to Prime 3.0 over snmpv3.  I keep getting Partial Collection Failure.  Does anyone have the complete configuration for both the prime side and switch side, so I can compare.

I am running 7.0(8)N1(1) on my switches.

Not sure about if snmp is the problem.

afaik with my WLC5500 I also had problems to collect the configuration via PI.

I needed to set the ssh timeout from default 60s to ~240s. (snmp timeout is still default 10s)
