Maybe stupid question. However:

Does CISCO officially support SP4 for the Lan Management Solution 2.2?

In fact there is no Win2K installation in the field that is still running on SP3 but the release notes of CW don't mention SP4.

Yes, it does.

You have to install the LMS update 1 (SP4 support + java plug-in 1.4.1_02 support)

To be up to date, you also have to install the latest IDUs after.
