Can anyone get the SSH option to work when right clicking on a device in the display views of toplogy services? I have configured two different SSH clients in the Java control panel but after the username prompt i get nothing. Both are command line utlilities.
Here is one of the lines:
-DCMSSH=C:\OpenSSH\bin\ssh.exe
I created a batch file using this line:
C:\OpenSSH\bin\ssh.exe user@X.X.X.X
The batch file works fine using that format but when I try it from Ciscoworks i get nothing at all. No error, no window, just nothing. I did try it using SecureCRT but SecureCRT tries to do a DNS resolution on it which doesn't work.
Does anyone know the command switches Ciscoworks is attempting to use or if there is a way to change them?
