ssh login issues

Hello All,

 

can someone help me out on this issue, i configured SSH on several devices in my office and some remote location only to find out that

some of the devices can allow me log on successfully while others gives me this error

"Access denied
Using keyboard-interactive authentication."

 

below is my ssh config:

 

conf t

ip domain-name lycotech.nl
!
username admin privilege 15 password 0 cIsc00
!
crypto key generate rsa

1024
!
ip ssh vers 2
!
line vty 0 15
!
transport input ssh
!
do wr
!
end

 

please help ASAP

Some of the issues I can think of is :

> Check you password lenght, as some old devices may have issue with smaller one.

> Which tool/application are you using for SSH? Try a different tool or newer version or same - Putty, secure crt, OpenSSH or if any Unix/Linux Server.

>Are those devices configured for AAA which are not working? Are these SSH credentials correct as per AAA?

You can check these things and confirm if nothing is from this.
