Standby Supervisor (unknown)

I have 4510 , I installed supervisor engine witch is a standby , I get a unknow mode , can some one pls help

What kind of "help" are you looking for?

What's the "show redund" output on the 4510?

At the risk of stating the obvious, I think such issue almost always boils down to the standby Sup is going to be RMA'ed.
