Hi,
If I understand your requirements correctly, you need to configure FHRP on the routers. Either HSRP or GLBP, easier to LB on the latter.

What kind of routers you have already in place ?

If I understand the original post correctly there are 2 routers connected to each other and each router has a connection to an MPLS provider router. The goal is to use both MPLS links. If that is not correct then please clarify. If it is correct then I believe that describing the goal as active-active can be achieved by configuring a routing protocol (BGP is frequently used with MPLS but is not the only choice) so that some traffic is sent through one ISP router while other traffic is sent through the other ISP router. It may also be a possibility to use Policy Based Routing to achieve this.

Guy, you can do it using GLPB, HSRP or PBR.
Check links below;
PBR: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/ios/12_2/qos/configuration/guide/fqos_c/qcfpbr.html
HSRP: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3560/software/release/12-2_52_se/configuration/guide/3560scg/swhsrp.html
GLBP: https://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_2t/12_2t15/feature/guide/ft_glbp.html
good lucky.
