Static IGMP Group Cisco Catalyst Question

I have a spoke and hub network with the core being a Catalyst 9500 and the spokes being Catalyst 3650/9300

We need to utilize multicast streams to transport media using Audinate Dante on vlan 10 which is fine, however every device in the vlan needs to receive group 224.0.1.129 ptpv1. We have will have about 220 Dante hosts, I am aware of the scaling limitations of IGMP and the Querier (9500) capable of reading and responding.

(Dante does not allow the software to create routes if devices are in a different subnet. So no PIM Routing like I would for other protocols :()

I would like to make a static entry of 224.0.1.129 for vlan 10 to emulate “no IGMP snooping/broadcast” for just that group. So any vlan 10 access port whether a host is there or not will receive the data for that group.

My issue is, the only command I see for a static entry is: ip igmp snooping vlan 10 static 224.0.1.129 interface X

I don’t fully understand this command other than it seems that I would have to do this for every single interface in the network? On both spoke and all hubs/access ports? Is there a better way to do this?
