We recently upgraded the operating system on our SX 20 TelePresence devices. Now its asking for a release key. I went to the license portal, and I am able to retrieve the keys for the SX 80s. When I enter the information for the SX 20s, the portal just goes into the search mode and does not yield any information. Eventually the page will log me out for inaction.
I know this is an old issue, but is they another way to get around needing these keys?

Thank you, this answered my question. We do not have a service contract for this telepresence so therefore, there is no release key.
