Hi Seb,
Thanks for the update. As the job has started working for 3 devices ,kindly check the device credentilas verfication repot for the Failing device and just make sure you have the Correct Credentilas defined.
If everything looks like fine ,, send me the screen shot of CDA job and send me the new dcmaservice.log
Thanks
Afroj

Hi seb,
try deleting and Re-adding a device in RME and re run the job ( ONly for a single problematic device)
--Make sure you clear the dcmaservice.log before you ran this new job.
and if the job still fail then send me the new dcmaservice.log
Thanks

Hi Afroj,
I deleted one device who doesn't work. I re-added it on the LMS and run the job but I always have an error.
See the log file.
I have seen some device in the file log like 192.168.254.111, 192.168.254.112, 192.168.254.113, 192.9.254.71. That's the devices who successed to backup config.
Thanks.

Hi Afroj,
See the log file attached.
I tried a new archive sync this morning for the devices which worked last week, but it doesn't work!!!
I check the credentials and launched an export, I have the right login + password. I made a check device credential reports and I haven't any errors.
Have you an idea?
Thanks.

Hi Seb,
From the logs it looks like the Process are not running..
Check the process status with pdshow command (check if JRM and CTMJRMServer is running Normally )
If not try Re-booting the Server and then chekc the status
Thanks

Thanks Afroj,
I have a question about the backup files with archive sync. Is there a way to keep more than one versions of each backup config files?
Thanks

Thank you Afroj.
If I go to the folder where the cfg files are created, I just have one file for each switch. I went to the Config Editor, and here I can see 4 archive files for one switch. Is it normal that I see only one cfg file in the folder, how can I see all versions?
Thanks.

Hi seb,
From the GUI , you can see all the version under VERSION TREE
On the server :
go to NMSROOT\CSCOpx\files\rme\dcma
I hope this will help
Thanks

Hello,
I juste have a question about archive synchronize. I scheduled a few jobs for all my devices every week. For some devices, I haven't the latest version in Config Version Tree in the Config Editor. Is that normal? Maybe because the device wasn't modified since the last backup?
Thanks.

Hi seb,
the config version tree will show you the Latest Config the last time you have made chnages in the config..
Or you can say : as soon as you made any chnages ,you will get a new config in the version tree with that Date.
Thanks
Afroj
