I'm running LMS2.5, with RME4.0.2, but when I go to the reports of Syslog on Report Generator, the reports always come up fully empty.
I looked on the file syslog.log, and the messages are in there.
Any clue what can be wrong?

Maybe you are hitting the following bug :
CSCsb35724 - database is not cleaned up properly after device delete
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/Bugtool/onebug.pl?bugid=CSCsb35724
Workaround:
Reiniatilize RME database.

You will also have to reinitialize the CMF database. Here are the steps in a dos shell (case sensitive):
cd CSCOpx\bin
net stop crmdmgtd
perl dbRestoreOrig.pl dsn=cmf dmprefix=Cmf
perl dbRestoreOrig.pl dsn=rmeng dmprefix=RME
net start crmdmgtd

Hi,
ok, now the database of RME is nice and clean with 0 devices. But how I import them again? They are all in Campus Manager still. (I'm using LMS 2.5).
Thanks
Jorge

I have the exact same problem, and we use the automated action based on syslog's a lot i.e. we get an E-mail when a trunk goes down. I have opened a TAC case and will report back what we come up with.
