Hi Team,
We have configure the Tacacs server on VM.
Could you please tell me how to open this server in GUI mode in web-browser.
While i have tried with https://*.*.*.*/9443 https://*.*.*.*/8081
But i cannot open. Please suggest on same

What product are you using as a TACACS server?
Cisco offers both ISE and ACS - they both use tcp/443 as the default port for access via https to their GUI.

By default you should be able to log into the server at:
https://<server address or FQDN>/acsadmin/login.jsp
If that doesn't work, confirm from the command line (via ssh) that the server process is up:
show application status acs
