TCP stops responding suddenly

Hello, colleagues. Have a weird issue and have no idea where to dig further. The situation is the following. There is my network connected to customer's with L2L IPSec tunnel. There is a server on customer's side accessible by several ports, at least 8888 and 22. The issue is that from time to time (no obvious pattern, different duration and so on) the server becomes inaccessible for minutes from my network by tcp - it still responds perfectly on icmp pings, but no connection on any tcp port could be temporary made. After a couple of minutes it revives by itself. Client is a Windows machine and users strongly insist that at the same time Mac's users can connect to the server flawlessly. My side is Cisco based - L2/L3 switches and ASA 5545 as a border and vpn terminator. No idea what customer has on their side. No clue could be found yet on my side - no records in ASA log, packet capture shows like in that very moments there are just no packets come from customer's side, clear conn and/or xlate on ASA doesn't help. First obvious intention was to blame customer's infrastructure, but they say that everything is ok on their side and those Win/Mac situation confuses me a lot. Pity, but I can't reproduce it by myself because of my remoteness, have only Win workstation via RDP and can observe the issue with my own eyes. Please, help. Any suggestion, solution, additional questions would be very appreciated.

BR, Boris.
