Topology View question from new user

Hello,

I am not an IT expert and I am new to Network Assistant.

I've succesfully created a community with my 3560G Switch and everything seems to be working OK except for the Topology View pane where only the switch is displayed. The connected devices (PC, PoE Phones, PoE PBX, Router, ...) are not displayed.

I've spend many hours reinstalling the software, resetting the switch and searching for a solution.

Can someone guide me to get this done?

Devices Supported: Table 1 lists the devices that Network Assistant supports

Plus: latest Release Date 19-Feb-2014
=> it is very well possible this version does not recognize/support the connected devices ?
but be sure your SNMP-community setting matches
