It looks like someone sent a packet to the broadcast address (255.255.255.255) on UDP port 5246. Your host blocked it and sent you a syslog message, most likely because the ACL that caught it has the 'log' option set..

Yep..
But its seem to be some wireless port number and its keep on sending to syslog server...
