Hi everyone!
I am trying to register our organization as an Academy on the Cisco Networking Academy platform. However, I encountered an issue during the registration process.
When selecting Azerbaijan – Baku as our location, the “State/Province” field remains empty and does not allow me to select or enter any value. Since this field is marked as required (pull-down required), I am unable to proceed to the next step of the registration.
It seems that the form expects a state, but none are exist for Azerbaijan. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue or providing guidance on how organizations from Azerbaijan are expected to complete this step.
