Hi,
I don't have (much) experience with cisco APs, but still I need to get a few AP's linked to a WLC - that's being managed by one of our partners.
So I received a few AP's and I factory reset them by holding the mode button, connecting PoE and releasing when the console told me to. So far so good, but now 2 of the 3 AP's are stuck in the "AP" menu and the 3th one doesn't apply any config + says "%LWAPP-3-CLIENTERRORLOG: Config load from flash failed."
Below is a copy of the dirs:

This message is a dead giveaway to what is happening.

On that AP I tried configuring this:
capwap ap primary-base WLAN-CTRL x.x.x.x
when I run "sho capwap ip config" or "sho capwap client conf", nothing is shown:
AP7426.ac1a.cf59#sho capwap ip conf
LWAPP Static IP Configuration
AP7426.ac1a.cf59#sho capwap cli conf
AP7426.ac1a.cf59#
How do I get the other 2 APs booted?

I don't have access to the WLC, I need to ask a partner company to check if they see new AP's or not + push the configuration.

This is the reason why the AP is always going into ROMMON: The AP is a 2600 and someone is forcing the AP to boot an IOS meant for an 1140. Not going to work.

You will need to re-upload the autonomous IOS into the AP. The firmware is missing a few critical files.

Thanks for the info. Where can I get these files and how do I upload them in the AP (it doesn't have an IP or something, so I can't send it over the network)?
