Unable to get the Devices configuration

Hi,

I'm facing below mentioned problems in LMS..

• 1. Unable to get the Devices configuration: Pls tell me how can I get the device configuration from CWLMS 4.0.
  
• 2. Unable to schedule the device discovery: Pls tell me how can I scheduling the device discovery and what will be the best practice for device discovery schedule.
  
• 3. Unable to schedule the device polling: Pls tell me how can I scheduling the device polling and what will be the best practice for device polling schedule.
  
• 4. Unable to schedule the device inventory and collection: Pls tell me how can I scheduling the device inventory and collection and what will be the best practice for device inventory and collection scheduling.

Can you post a screenshot of the error?

Are the devices that you selected managed by LMS 4?

Are you logged in as "admin" when this error appears?

Can you post the dcmaservice.log and dcmaclient.log from CSCOpx/log directory?
