unable to ping firewall to another site host machine

I have cisco Firepower 3105 manage by FMC

Issue:

From firewall we are not able to ping the another site host machine and the connectivity between 2 sites are P2P.

Location X - Cisco firepower 3105

Location Y - hostmachine.

When I tried to ping from firewall to Location Y machine its dropping.

Perform a traceroute, is there any Firewall on the other site ? Possible to wireshark on PC to see if icmp echo request arrived ? Do you have Firewall on PC ?..Try to desactive it.

I have the access of both the end, also I am able to ping host to host from one location to another but from firewall to another site host it is not working.

Yes Not exact VPN

we have a MPLS connectivity between 2 sites. and because of this we are not receiving the logs on syslog
