unable to view IPM 4.0.1 collectors graph

Hi Experts,

I have this problem using IE6 to view the IPM collectors graph. The result is as shown in the screenshot attached.

Another problem occurred when using IE8 to view IPM ICMPJitter collector graph. It shows invalid XML data.

Can the expert please advise on these?

First, IE 8.0 is not yet supported. You will only be able to use IE 6.0, IE 7.0, and Firefox 2.0. Second, it appears there is a problem with your Flash plug-in. Make sure you have a recent version of Adobe Flash properly installed.
