What does an unreachable devices mean on Topology services? what should we check and to be configured to have an all-green status of devices and links?

Unreachable means, SNMP and/or IP connectivity has been lost.
You need to check if the SNMP Settings has the same community strings as your devices.
Then verify if there are any access lists that affect
SNMP and/or UDP traffic on your devices
Links are determined by CDP and having the same speed/duplex configured on both sides of the link.
Hope that helps

Where will i check the SNMP settings? Is it on the ANI server admin?

Correct. You have to make sure that SNMP traffic is not being dropped between the server and the devices.
Also, have to make sure that the server is using the proper community string to communicate with the devices.

What will be the effect if there are two read-write community strings in a device? What string should we use?

Either one should work as long as there are no access lists.
