Unseen Concentrator on LMS

My Campus Mgr is unable to display VPN concentrator connection to my core switch. I suspect it is due to cdp issue on the concentrator. Anyone have any idea?

Not sure which version you are using, VPN 3XXX are not supported by Campus Manager 3.1 and following Switch Probes are supported by Campus Manager 3.1 Topology:

LAN SwitchProbes -> Ethernet, Token Ring, FDDI, Fast Ethernet

WAN SwitchProbes -> FR, ATM, HSSI (Management interface only)

WAN SwitchProbes -> Multi-port WAN

Thnks for the info.

My LMS can see the Concentrator but is represented by a square box with a question mark in it. Funny.
