Urgent: Getting information from show log in cisco switch

Hi, would like to check the log of my cisco switch to determine what has been changed.
Tried using #show log, but what i get is only %SYS-5-CONFIG_I: Configured from console by vty0

1)How can I get into details what is being configured at that point of time?
I remembered setting an ip route, removing it and then adding it again.
2) The timestamp is in week and days (uptime i guess), if i change it using the command "service timestamps log datetime localtime", will it able to show the time in proper?

Please advise.

If you use NTP and configure "service timestamps log datetime localtime" then your logging messages will have the local timestamp associated with them.  To see the contents of the configuration changes, also configure:

log config

  logging enable
