We've been searching for a test tool without any luck. What we want is a web-based bandwidth measurement or latency measurement or even a simple reachability test that any user can access via an HTML broswer. We have many remote sites and they often want to know if 'the network is slow'. Of course we networkers know that most often there are other gremlins around, our networks are working just fine ... but we constantly have to prove that to the users and helpdesk. A tool that would allow these folks to run a simple test (with simpler results) from a web browser sure would be handy. Any ideas ?
