UserTracking on Some Switches not working

Hi,

I'm using LMS2.5 and CM 4.0.5. The campus manager user acquisition is working fine except for the 2-3 switches. When I do UT End Host Report from device center, it showing zero end hosts. I'm sure that the hosts are connected to these switches and they are working. Configuration, communities all are checked, they are same as other switches.

Anyone know what might be the reason for this.

What type of switches are these? What does a show cam dynamic show for them? Do you see the hosts via the above CLI command?

If you do, then enable some debugs for UT and see what is in the logs.
