UserTracking: Resolving Phone Extensions

I am trying to resolve phone extensions on a callmanager 4.2 server.

I've enabled snmp agent on the callmanager server. I can do a snmpwalk from ciscoworks lms 2.5 (/w cs 3.0.2 and cm 4.0.2) and get a truckload of information however I don't receive any ccm* MIB values like ccmPhoneExtension.

I've read a lot of documents on Cisco.com and this forum I can't seem to figure out where the problem lies.

Any help would be appreciated.

What is the software version runnning on the Campus Manager. Because these features will work only if you have Campus Manager software releases3.0, 3.01, and 3.1. You can see the same mentioned in the document.

As you can see from my previous post, Campus Manager 4.0 with SP2 is installed. I solved issues regarding device discovery by dropping the Ani database and restoring the defaults.

However the resolving of phone extensions does not function yet. I have found snmp time-outs in the ut.log and changed snmp time-out from 10 to 30 seconds.

No luck yet.

From ut.log: main ani ERROR vmpsAdminGetPhoneDetails: snmp exception - com.cisco.nm.lib.snmp.futureapi.SnmpReqTimeoutException: SnmpRequestTimeout on 10.219.80.1 while performing SnmpWalk(*) at index = -1
