UTU 2.0 with LMS4.0.1

Hello

I cannot get reponse from lms4.0.1 with my client UTU2.0

I allways receive "No Records Found"

With a  wallchart, here is the response I recieve from LMS

Have you checked that you are doing the right search type for the query you are submitting?

UTU will default to the last used query type. Right-click in the search box to see the type you are running.

OK.

When I typed the complete Mac-address, it works.

If I type only  a star (*), I though it will give all the Mac-adddress, but in fact it didn't
