Vlan goes down.

Configure two access switches, which reach a distribution switch. These two switches have the same vlan. When I enable one it works perfectly, but when I enable the other switch it starts intermittently until the entire vlan goes down.

distribution switch - Make sure this switch has Root for the VLAN, so setup the STP priority so other switches can not become root bridge for the VLAN.

Also make sure check the VTP (all should be transparent or one should be VTP server rest should be client.)
