VMS 2.3 & LMS 2.5 Single Server Installation

Hi,

We have approx. 10 Cisco network equipments (PIX, IDS, ASA, Routers, Cat6, ACS) and we would like to deploy VMS 2.3 and LMS 2.5 to show a live, working demo to our customers.

Obviously, we would not recommend a single server installation to our customers but I have a few doubts on whether is it possible to deploy vms 2.3 & lms 2.5 on a single server? what are the drawbacks other than performance? Anybody had any experience on this?

I hope the experts can advise me before I decided to spent alot of time working on gettin' both products to work happily on a single server - the impossible?

VMS 2.3 is not compatible with LMS 2.5

One runs on top of Common Services 2.2, the other runs on top of Common Services 3.0

You can only have one version of Common Services installed on a server
