Hi all,
My Network consists of four remote locations connected via LL.
In all locatios (includinge main location) we are using one http based application. All application servers are kept in Main location.
The problem that I face is that, from remote locations users are not able access this particular http based application but they can access the same application from main office.
Can anyone help me to resolve this issue...?

So they cannot access this app locally at the remote sites, but remotely to the central location?

users from remote location can't access application (server is located at main location).
Users at Main location can access the application properly.

OK - are there any other applications that do not work, or is this the only one?
Can a remote user ping the server IP address, and get a response?

Only this application is having problem.
Users from remote location are able to get ping response too.

So - if everything else is OK, and the remote users can get a ping response from the server; then there is an issue with the applicaction? or the users trying to access the app.
I would look there, it does not sound like you have an issue with the network.

But my doubt is that, only users connected thru LL is facing the problem.

OK - Are you performing any tunneling? and GRE or IPSEC?
Check the MTU for the circuit, and check the size of the MSS being negotiated between the clients and the server.

Are there any ACLs between the server and the client that restrict access to any ports ?
Are you using any WAN acceleration products like WAAS ?
QoS?
