WAP371 2.4GHz not connecting to Internet while 5GHz is

I have a WAP371 which worked fine for a long time.  Then one day I noticed that only devices connecting to the 5GHz radio are getting Internet connections.  My devices can still connect to the 2.4GHz radio, but do not get access through it to the Internet.  This sounds similar to:

https://community.cisco.com/t5/network-management/wap371-2g-radio-not-working/td-p/3776116http://corpuschristi.granicus.com/player/clip/1485

But that discussion is almost 2 years old and no one replied to the original post.  So I'm posting this new discussion.

Why does 1 radio get IP addresses from my router/modem while the other does not when there's only a single hardline CAT-6 connection between the 2 devices?

Your ideas on resolving this are greatly welcome and appreciated.

        - Check the logs of the wap371 when this happens.

-- Each morning when I wake up and look into the mirror I always say ' Why am I so brilliant ? '
When the mirror will then always repond to me with ' The only thing that exceeds your brilliance is your beauty! '

The logs were non-informative.  Only 2 entries:

1) INFO - STA de:f1:e4:b0:1d:76 associated with BSSID bc:16:f5:da:89:68

2) INFO - Assoc request from de:f1:e4:b0:1d:76 BSSID bc:16:f5:da:89:68 SSID *********

Is there a way to increase the verbosity?  I see errors elsewhere in the logs, but no errors related to getting IP addresses or Internet access.

Thanks again,

Michael
