What are the best monitors

I am curious what the best monitors are to monitor on my routers and switches.   Bandwidth, CPU, Backplane, etc....

To monitor the device or interface utilization you can use HUM (health and utilization monitor) which can be installed in LMS server.

in HUM you can use pollers to get the data from the device and the interfaces and draw the graphes for them.
