What is the Blue Heart Icon in Topology View on Some Devices?

Running LMS 3.2 with latest known program and device updates.  Topology view for 3 out of about 50 devices in a particular CS group have a little blue heart (or possibly a cloud) mini-icon showing on the top left portion of the device icon.  I have not been able to determine what that little blue icon means. Does anyone know?

This sounds like a DFM alert icon, but can you post a screenshot so I can confirm?
