Where to download LMS Campus Manager software?

Is there any way to download LMS Campus Manager software (not patches)? We have LMS 2.2 while Campus Manager was not installed. We lost the CDs and I wish to download the Campus Manager software from Cisco software download center.

But I only found where to download the Patches:

Is it possible to download the Campus Manager package on-line at all?

No. The full products are not distributed via CCO - only via CD. Your account manager / sales rep should be able to assist you in obtaining replacement CDs.
