Which Aggregation Switch will Support Netflow and Spanning-tree elimination

Hi All

I am looking for a Cisco Aggregation Switch with following Features

Must support Netflow IPFIX or equivalent.

Must support Spanning-tree elimination between a switch pair

Must be 2RU

Must have 16 x  1GigE Port SFP (copper and Fibre Support)

Must gave 2 x 10GigE SFP+ 

Layer 3 virtualization

Routing Protocol Support

Hi Gary,

We have a Cisco3750x with the CKX-SM-10G.  You only get NetFlow on the CKX interfaces.
