Window Slow Performance after AnyConnect is established

I work for help desk and we been getting alot tickets from user reporting laptop running so slow. The laptop spec is latitude 5440/32b and user is using basic browser,outlook and notepad. After troubleshooting I notice the latency happens affer VPN is connected, I like to know how we can get logs to capture this and what is the work around

@mycapulet hi, this can be due to many reason. most recent case i faced is mapping shared drives through the VPN connection. try disabling shared drive mapping via VPN as a troubleshooting step
