WLC and External DHCP

Hi guys,
today I was tryng to do a lab with a WLC-3504 and VLAN using an external DHCP.
The Issues is that only the pool made inside the WLC are working, when I swap the primary dhcp server with the external one it stop to works and the Clients are not anymore available to find an address.
Can someone help me?

controller>adanced>DHCP enable proxy

Under interface set DHCP proxy mode to global with IP address of DHCP server as primary DHCP server.

Additionally remove the DHCP override if you configured under WLAN>Advance to use internal DHCP on WLC, since now you are using external DHCP.

-hope this helps-

Hi,
I have only this option.

that's good enough,  remove internal DHCP override WLAN advanced config, if you still are not getting addresses, send output of

show wlan <wlan-id>

debug dhcp messages

debug dhcp packets

-hope this helps-

Can I send to you the file of packet tracer?
I don't know how to see this options.

sure I didn’t know this was packet tracer. I can look at it later today.

-hope this helps-

Thanks!
I sended to you a private message.
