I need to make the exam: "Modules 11 - 13: IP Addressing Exam", but every time i refresh the page get the same error message. (See additional File)

 

I have tried different thing to fix this problem:

browsers (Google Chrome, Edge, Explorer and Firefox) that are all Up to Date. (06/04/2022)
Clearing and allowing all cookies from Netacad.com.
Disable all my Extensions
Updating my Laptop to the latest Windows 10 version (Windows 10 Home Version 21H2)

I get there from the NetAcad Portal (https://www.netacad.com/portal/learning)
From there I select my course (Introduction to Networks V.7) 

And then I go to the Exam Modules 11 - 13: IP Addressing Exam (https://lms.netacad.com/mod/lti/view.php?id=40634682)
