About NAT order operation & VPN troubleshooting

Dear Friends,

1.Please any one explain me about NAT order operation. How NAT works.

2.Please give me the steps in VPN troubleshooting.

    In our network we are using ipsec site to site VPN. All configuartion for VPN is done.

    After this also when the VPN is not coming up ,What are the steps I need to check.

Considering you are not even specifying is the config was done on an ASA or a Router you can follow this guide to configure a S2S:
