ACS5.5 Backup and resotre

I am using the ACS5.5 trying to set up a repository via NFS protocol. I know my server IP address but am not sure which path to select. I created a new folder until C:/  called acs.bak but I am unable to back anything up. Help if you have any ideas.

Hi,

NFS is usually used by unix\Linux hosts. If you are using Windows, try using FTP instead.

FTP isn't configured on our servers so I am trying to make use of the NFS or DISK method. I am not sure what the "DISK" option consists of. Does it save it to the device itself....or how does that work
