Hmm did you save your boot image to boot a new 9.14?
how is is startup (asa power up logs shows)

hi,
did you try using a different image file? maybe the image file is corrupt.
try to 'tftpdnld' the image or boot from USB, do a 'format disk0:' and re-upload/upgrade again.
