ASA 5506-x Assistance (Newbie) Outside - inside with White Listing

I need help white listing 6 ips thru a single external IP to an internal server on the network to access a web based application (linux) I have attached a drawing of the scenario. Can anyone help me get this done? I have been using books, the web, etc. But it never seems to work. ASA Version 9.5 ASDM Version 7.5

in the access list section applied to your outside interface:

first permit the whitelisted IP addresses to the public IP on ports 80/443

secondly deny any to public IP address on port 80/443
