Hi All
I am having an issue with logging into the ASDM, has anyone seen the following error message:
"cookies must be enabled to log in"
The software versions are:
ASA- 8.4(1)
ASDM-6.4(5)
I have also attached a screen shot of the error,

Hi,
Are you using the ASA hostname to login?? Can you try using the ip address instead to login to the firewall??

Wat is the ASA hostname that you are using? It should not contain any '_' in it.
Thanks,
Varun

Hi,
There might be a certificate issue due to which this might be happening, I am not really sure, since this needs detailed investigation. Due you have webvpn configured on the interface on which you are trying to access ASDM?
Thanks,
Varun

Hi Varun
Thanks for the help on this, I have no webvpn configured on the inside interface.
I will have a look into the certificate.
Many thanks MJ

Did you ever resolve this? I have the same problem with trying to launch ASDM from windows 2012R2 Server. It runs fine from windows 7 but from windows 2012R2 if I enter correct credentials it just loops and never accepts my correct creds.
