ASA interface mismatch with physical port

Hi,

I have two ASA 5525-X firewalls. One is functioning without any issue. 

In other firewall, when I up ge 0/3 interface, it ups the physical port ge 0/2. when I up ge 0/2 interface, it ups the physical interface ge 0/1. like wise all the ports are shifted by 1.

I tried re installing the firmware which I downloaded from first firewall which is running fine. But the issue is still there. It seems to be a hardware issue. Is there any one who has got similar experience. Basically I want to know is there any way that we can solve this issue without changing the hardware box. 

Please note that I have erased all the configurations and Firewall is in factory default configurations.

Hi,

The problem you are facing is look like hardware issue, not a configuration or software issue.

You need to open a Cisco TAC who is the right person for further troubleshooting & most probably create rma for hardware replacement.
