ASA5506-x Nat problem

I need to configure NAT on ASA5506x 9.2(1) and I am having hard time. Has anyone seen this issue before? I have static network with 2 5506x that I am trying to pass traffic from the “inside Network” to the “outside” with static IP address that are on the same subnet. I can provide config file if necessary.
