On our ASA5520 we have three subinterfaces configured on our Gi0/1. Is it possible to configure a DHCP Server on one of these subinterfaces?
Thanks Mucho!!!

Shouldn't be a problem configuring DHCP server on sub interfaces.
here is the reference on DHCP server configuration, and there is no NOTE that suggest sub interface is not supported:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/asa/asa83/command/reference/d2.html#wp1994664
The client just has to be directly connected in the same VLAN on your sub interface.

Jennifer, thanks for your reply. So, if the client is on the same VLAN as the sub interface there is no need for a ACL,
right?
Thanks Mucho!!!

what do you mean by ACL, in what sense?

Jennifer,
Sorry for the delay in my response. As the client is on the same VLAN as the sub interface do I need any Firewall Access Rules (ie. any any ip permit)?
Thanks Mucho!!!
