Hi all,
I'm sorry for opening this discussion even if there are many other similar on the community, but none of those solutions worked for me.
I'm managing an ASA5516-X with firepower that was working fine with ASDM since some weeks ago.
The issue that I'm experiencing is that all Firepower tabs are missing on ASDM.
The issue is not present if I access from another windows client. So the issue is related to my personal computer, but I'm getting crazy on how to figure out.
What I've tried until now is:
- reinstall ASDM
- reinstall Java
- clear cache ASDM
- clear cache Java
- Restore default Java settings.
- user privilege is 15
- Firepower module is up and running
- Reboot firepower module
- SSH and ping to firepower module is OK.
ASA version is 9.8.2.4
ASDM is 7.12.1
Java version is 1.8_u271
OS client: Windows 10
Doing troubleshooting with Wireshark I got this error during initial Firepower connection.
Thank a lot.

suggest to remove ASDM from not working one and install and test ( make sure you remove all dependency files)
Looking at the error, i also or may be suspect ASDM version worth check comparability matrix:
look at the below thread :

Thanks BB. Finally the solutions was to update ASDM on all ASA with 7.12 version to 7.13.
Very strange this issue because 7.12 was the ASDM release suggested by Cisco in the compatibility matrix.
Anyway now it's working...and that whats matters!
Thanks.
