how do i setup an asa 5505 so it can connect one network with another and exchange rip routes? do i need to use a certain interface or security level for interfaces or allow traffic to be nat?

I am trying to setup access rule for an internal interface on a ASA 5020 and the ANY-ANY implicit rule set to Deny stops anything.  I have setup rules but this implicit rule is last an almost stops the traffic.  ThanksDave
