Hello.
I have a ASA 5516-X with firepower module, it manged locally(ASDM).
I want to upgrade firepower module.
I want to backup my firepower control license before start upgrade in case of failure.
I tried to find license file I used it, but I didn't find license file.
I found in the Cisco License Portal the traditional license PAK I used when I first installed the ASA 5516-X.
However, I wasn't able to get license again.
Can you give me advice for me?

You cannot backup the license from the device. If you have support and lose the license for whatever reason, Cisco TAC can generate a new one for you. If you don't have support then you are not entitled to upgrade.

As I know you can Copy the license key to use it after upgrading

The activation-key is for ASA licenses only (3DES-AES, AnyConnect etc.), not for the Firepower service module.
