Capture ASP-DROP Not showing a reason?

Question 1: If "show asp-drop" has any entry, that is considered to be a dropped packet right?

Question 2: Is there a way for me to troubleshoot the above capture to figure this out? This information is not showing up in other logging. The traffic just seems to hit the ASA and stop.

for second Q I see capture but not full get what you are capture

With the full capture there is other info but nothing pertaining to these particular ip's. I will try to get another image shortly for you.
